Job Title: Site Manager Location: Northside Brisbane Salary: up to $240,000 Superannuation Role Overview: Our client is a dynamic and innovative developer and construction company dedicated to creating exceptional properties. With a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction, they are expanding their team and seeking a talented Site Manager to join in delivering unparalleled residential projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Relevant Experience: More than 5 years of relevant work experience required for this role. Licences/ Certificates: QBCC Builder - Open; 1st aid certificate. Site management: Management of trades and subcontractors on site Co-ordinate all site logistics including materials delivery and resource allocation. Ensure strict adherence to plans and specifications. Along with providing leadership to the site team Stakeholders Management: Approval of subcontractor invoices Budget Management: Regular liaison with PM to ensure budget and time constraints are met. Long and short term programming. Site H&S: SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) review/ approval, inductions, inspections, etc. Site programming/ scheduling: 2WLA (2wk look ahead), man management, P&E (Plant & Equipment), materials, deliveries, etc. Site quality control: ITP’s (Inspection Test Plans), set out, defects, etc. Site admin: RFI’s (Request for information), drawings, site diary, Sign on Site, Subcontractor meetings, NCR’s (Non-conformance reports), etc. Skills/ Training/ Licences: Office 365: Excel/ Word/ Outlook Operational: Procore – Project management/ Field worker H&S: Sign on Site Licenses (Ideal not essential): Forklift, Crane/ Dogman, Energex - Instructed/ Authorised Person How to Apply: If you are ready to advance your career and contribute to the dynamic world of construction, we encourage you to apply.
